A man of his word !!
I'm a local builder and my wife came across this property and fell in love with it ! And me being an older male having feet of clay was a little relucent to move.
After we went to the open house and I saw my wifes' face, I knew we were moving lol.
Peter and his wife greeted us with a lot of professionlism and worked through everything to make this process an easy transition. Peter always picks up the phone and is quick to get things moving, as he has been a Coolum local for decades and knows everybody.

Professional, Personable, Pragmatic
Peter was our agent for the sale of our investment house in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. After being tenanted for several years, the property needed repairs and renovation before going on the market. This presented real challenges for us, as we live 120 km away. However, Peter was very proactive in sourcing and tasking local trades people, in close consultation with us on costs and scope of work. With Peter's help as our local project manager, we had the property presentable for listing in a matter of weeks.
In discussing the asking price with Peter, we found him knowledgable about the local market and realistic in his advice. He was industrious in hosting weekly inspections and following up prospects.
With Peter's assistance, we had the property under contract within 6 weeks of listing, at what we felt was a fair price. The sale proceeded to settlement smoothly.

Fantastic agent
This was our first home purchase and had been looking at houses for a good 3-4 months. In that 3-4 months we checked out a variety of houses and dealt with a total cross section of agents, from sleazy pushy sharks to agents that would never return calls on enquiries. We were in the process of repainting the inside of our house, the painter was unsure of our choice of colour so he asked Peter to come around and give us his opinion . We went with Peters choice and were not disappointed. Peter came around not knowing we had intentions to sell and he was there within 30 minutes. Successful and Professional Sale
Peter outperformed any other agent when it came to the sale of my property. The property had been on the market before with other local agents without success. What set Peter apart from these other agents was that he listened to what I wanted to achieve and marketed the property in a very professional manner with an approach to get the desired outcome.
