During the twenty six day period that my apartment was for sale, while the process at times appeared complex and trying at times, Peter was extremely supportive, an impartial expert who was always trying to achieve a great outcome for the many stakeholders involved. Professional, Personable, Pragmatic

Peter was our agent for the sale of our investment house in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. After being tenanted for several years, the property needed repairs and renovation before going on the market. This presented real challenges for us, as we live 120 km away. However, Peter was very proactive in sourcing and tasking local trades people, in close consultation with us on costs and scope of work. With Peter's help as our local project manager, we had the property presentable for listing in a matter of weeks. In discussing the asking price with Peter, we found him knowledgable about the local market and realistic in his advice. He was industrious in hosting weekly inspections and following up prospects.
