• Front Door into the property and living and family rooms- maximise visual floor and wall space

• Kitchen- clean and clear surfaces
• Bedrooms- present the rooms as cleared spaces that create individual havens
• Bathrooms-clean and fresh, clear away any unnecessary items etc toothbrushes
• Laundry- clear all surfaces
• Home Exterior- Evaluate all surfaces i.e., paintwork, brickwork, decks, windows, and outdoor furniture
